Job Description

- Work hard towards consistently achieving and exceeding sales target to ensure accomplishment of the overall company’s target
- Conduct the sale from start to finish (leads and properties are already assigned)
- Lead all aspects pertaining to land, residential, and commercial property sales
- Generate listings of properties for sale/rent to advertise; gather all necessary information about their locations, descriptions, available financing options, etc… (most of the properties are already assigned)
- Visit and inspect properties for sale/rent; ensure they are photographed and posted on the company’s website
- Maintain regular contact with developers, investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
- Obtain agreements from property owners to place properties for sale/rent within the company listings
- Have knowledge of market prices
- Establish and maintain strong business relationships with potential customers and investors
- Handle client calls
- Liaise with potential clients to determine what kind of properties they are seeking
- Present and sell properties to potential clients
- Attend to clients’ inquiries regarding construction work, financing, maintenance, appraisals, and others via calls, emails, meetings…
- Develop and increase business by following up on potential clients with face to face presentations and meetings while providing them with the highest customer service
- Attend property viewings with prospective clients showing them around the property in which they are interested
- Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers over property prices and settlement details, and during the closing of sales
- Maintain and regularly update potentials/clients database
- Handle and advise on all necessary paperwork and legal transactions that need to be facilitated to insure timely delivery and proper sales closing
- Handle all negotiations, coordinate space planning, and document review with the attorneys and notaries public to ensure a quick and hassle free sales closing
- Secure the closing deal
- Achieve payment collection target
- Maintain awareness of current governmental tax regulations, local zoning, building laws, and growth possibilities in the area where the property is located

Required Skills

. 1+ years of experience in Real Estate sales
. Solid knowledge and excellent understanding of the real estate local market
. Proven track record of sales (Closed 2-3 Real Estate deals in Metn and Keserwan)
. Passionate and knowledgeable about property sales
. Familiar with areas and properties around Keserwan/Metn
. Strong negotiation skills
. Excellent communication skills
. Demonstration and presentation skills
. Objection handling skills
. Strong motivation skills and performance-driven
. Problem solving and reasoning ability
. Planning/organizing skills
. Energetic, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and proactive

. Outstanding English and Arabic communication, both verbal and written
. Computer skills – Microsoft Office application and various IT computer applications
. Basic Excel knowledge
. Holding a valid Lebanese driving license and owning car/vehicle

Allowances, Benefits, and Bonuses

10% commission on sales
